हैलो? कौन बोल रहा है?
said over the first two seconds of the greeting
- The greeting is cut mid-word. The caller never hears who called and hangs up.
- Their words are held, the agent finishes saying who is calling, then answers them.
Samparkk is an AI calling agent for Indian businesses. It calls your customers and leads for service check-ins, lead qualification and follow-ups, holds a real Hinglish conversation, and books the callback in the caller's own words. Your team wakes up to a worklist of people who said yes.
If the caller talks over the greeting, Samparkk stops and listens instead of ploughing on.
Samparkk reads the whole sentence before deciding, so it keeps talking instead of apologising and hanging up.
It lands in your team's worklist with the caller's context. No “can you confirm that again?”.
Every call is a first impression of your brand. Most voice bots lose it in the first ten seconds: they talk over the caller, hear “no” where there was none, and ask for the callback time three times. Samparkk was tuned on thousands of real Indian calls, one recording at a time, until those moments held.
What your team sees the next morning. Scroll sideways.
Indian callers switch languages mid-sentence, answer a question with a question, and say “no” when they mean “not now”. Tap a phrase to see what Samparkk hears.
Real shapes of replies from live campaigns. Each becomes a decision: a time, a disposition, or the next line.
Every behaviour below was learned from a real call that went wrong, listened to the next morning, and fixed before the next campaign. This is the part a demo video never shows you.

You keep your script and your outcomes. We turn them into an agent that sounds like your best caller on her best day.
Your opening line, your objections, your offer. Authored in structured sections, so a change to the offer line is a five-minute edit, not a rebuild.
A few hundred contacts. We listen to every conversation, tune the opening and the callback phrasing, and show you what changed and why.
Upload a list, press start. Outcomes, recordings and callbacks arrive as the calls happen. We keep reviewing the misses for the first month.
Samparkk does the first call, the polite one that finds out who is interested and when. Your people do the second call, the one that closes.

A billable call is one connected for 10 seconds or more. Unanswered attempts are free, and so are shorter pickups. No billable call ever costs more than ₹10. Prices exclude GST.
Your script becomes an agent. Voice and prompt tuned on your real calls, two review cycles, CRM push configured.
Run campaigns every working day. About 800 connected calls a day at full tilt.
Prove the script on one campaign. About 400 connected calls a day.
Not ready to commit? Pay as you go: ₹6,000 a month for one line and one number, about 200 connected calls a day, then ₹10 per billable call. Add-ons: extra line ₹2,500 a month, extra number ₹1,000, inbound handling ₹1,000 a number, AI qualification to CRM ₹2 a call, second script ₹15,000 one time. Full rate card.
If they ask, yes. The agent never claims to be a person. Most callers do not ask, because the conversation is short and sounds like a polite caller from your office. Your script decides how the agent introduces itself.
The agent apologises, offers a callback or a human, and ends the call politely. If the caller asks not to be called again, the number is blocked on the spot and the disposition says so.
Hindi, English, and the mix most people actually speak. Hindi is written and spoken in Devanagari, so it sounds like Hindi, not like an English speaker reading Hindi. Other Indian languages on request.
Outcomes are pushed as each call ends: disposition, summary, callback time and the recording link. Standard connectors are included; custom fields are configured at setup.
Yes, with TRAI's DLT registration for your numbers and templates. We set it up with you during onboarding and numbers are registered in your name, so they stay yours.
About two weeks. Week one is writing the conversation with you and test calls. Week two is a few hundred real contacts, reviewed call by call. Daily campaigns from week three.
A real call from the same agent your customers would get. Two minutes, in Hinglish, and she books a walkthrough with our team if you want one.
